We extend an exclusive 14-day evaluation period starting on the day of physical parcel receipt.
- Pristine Standard Required
- Returned timepieces must be 100% unworn, with all protective factory plastic wrappings, stickers, bezel guards, and tags fully intact. Once a piece shows wear, sizing adjustments, or protective removal, it becomes permanently ineligible for return.

- Do not return shipments without prior clearance. Reach out to our client services team on Telegram or Email to obtain active return coordinates and customs labeling guidelines.
- Mandatory Postal Service
- Inbound return shipments into China must be routed strictly through standard registered airmail with end-to-end tracking. Commercial couriers (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) will be turned back by destination customs authorities.
- Final Settlement
- Return postage costs remain the buyer’s responsibility. Full refunds or alternative model exchanges are issued immediately after the returned watch passes inspection at our facility.
